Gold prices ने मोठी घसरण नोंदवली असून, राष्ट्रीय राजधानीत सोमवार रोजी Rs 1,550 ने कमी होऊन Rs 91,450 per 10 grams वर पोहोचले. हे घडले jewellers आणि stockists कडून झालेल्या मोठ्या विक्रीमुळे आणि जागतिक बाजारातील weak trend मुळे, असे All India Sarafa Association ने सांगितले.
शुक्रवारी 99.9 per cent purity च्या गोल्ड ची किंमत होती Rs 93,000 per 10 grams. 99.5 per cent purity च्या गोल्ड मध्येही Rs 1,550 ची किंमत जाऊन ती Rs 91,000 per 10 grams झाली.
Saumil Gandhi, Senior Analyst of Commodities at HDFC Securities, यांनी म्हटले, “Gold price dipped because of panic selling in the equity market and other asset classes. This has affected the safe-haven precious metals.”
पाचव्या सलग दिवशी silver prices भी बड़ी घट के अंतर्गत प्रभावित हुए, Rs 3,000 ने गिरते हुए वे Rs 92,500 per kg पर आ गए, जो पिछले बंद किंमत Rs 95,500 per kg था. पाच दिवसांमध्ये, silver ने Rs 10,500 per kg की कमी दर्ज की.
जागतिक पातळीवर, spot gold में USD 10.16 या 0.33 per cent की कमी हो जाकर वह USD 3,027.20 per ounce पर आ गई.
LKP Securities VP Research Analyst of Commodity and Currency Jateen Trivedi ने सांगितले, “Sentiment was cautious with investors awaiting clarity from the US on its next move, particularly with rising trade tensions.”
US Consumer Price Index (CPI) चे येणारे डेटा interest rate cut expectations वर प्रभाव टाकू शकतो, ज्याचा परिणाम जागतिक स्तरावर gold च्या किंमतीवर होऊ शकतो, असे त्यांनी सांगितले.
Domestic markets देशांतर्गत बाजारासाठी, Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) या आठवड्यात होणाऱ्या policy meeting ला निवडत असल्याने निवडत असल्याने निवडत असल्याने गुंतवणूकदारांचे डोळे त्या direction कडे लागले आहेत.
परंतु, Asian market hours मध्ये, spot silver ने 1.65 per cent नी वाढ करून ती USD 30.04 per ounce वर जाऊन पोहोचली आहे.
Gold prices मधील ही मोठी घट Kotak Securities नुसार broader market slump मुळे झाली असून, US President Donald Trump’s tariffs आणि China’s retaliatory measures ने बाजारावर परिणाम केला आहे.
